Hello RHM! I am looking forward to working with the staff, students, and families at Rose Hill-Magnolia Elementary School. I worked in public education for over 30 years as a teacher, coach, principal, and assistant superintendent. I retired from Duplin County Schools in 2021 but have done intermittent contract work since that time and I can't wait to work with you during the upcoming 2025-26 school year. -Cary Powers
